All our fitness workouts programs are structured, starting with warmup, main workout ,cool down and final stretching.

They can be 1 to 1 with a Personal Trainer or in a group session workout

We have special fitness programs for, weight loss, improving cardio fitness or building muscle.

We are qualified Level 3 personal trainers, with first aid course, insurance and DBS checked.
